Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of LicensorPro and the WordPress plugins and software ("Software") we sell. They form an agreement between you and Suresh Kumar Meena, a sole proprietor based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India ("we", "us").
1. Acceptance
By creating an account, purchasing a license, or downloading Software from LicensorPro, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software or the service.
2. Orders, payment, and merchant of record
Our orders are sold and processed by Polar Software, Inc. ("Polar"), which acts as our authorized reseller and merchant of record. When you purchase, your payment, invoice, and any applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST are handled by Polar under their terms and privacy policy. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details. The Software license described below is granted by us.
3. Licensing
Each license you purchase grants the rights described on the product page at the time of purchase, including the number of permitted site activations and the support/update period. License keys are personal to you and non-transferable except as expressly permitted. The Software is licensed, not sold; PHP source distributed under the GNU General Public License remains subject to that license.
4. Subscriptions, renewals, and cancellation
Plans are offered as monthly or annual subscriptions and renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. You can cancel an active subscription at any time from your account or via Polar's customer portal; cancellation stops future renewals and your license remains active until the end of the current paid period.
5. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and are processed by Polar as merchant of record. In short: we offer a 14-day refund on first-time purchases; renewals and clearly-consumed services may not be eligible.
6. Acceptable use
You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Software except as permitted by its license, nor remove or circumvent license checks. You may not use the service to break applicable laws or to abuse, harass, or defraud others. We may suspend licenses used to violate these terms or following a chargeback or fraudulent payment.
7. Updates and availability
An active license entitles you to updates for its term, delivered through the update server. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may modify or discontinue features, with reasonable notice to paid users for material changes.
8. Warranty and liability
The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the Software in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email and/or a notice in the customer portal. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
