Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Orders are sold and refunded by Polar Software, Inc., our merchant of record.

14-day refund

If a first-time purchase isn't right for you, request a refund within 14 days of purchase for a full refund — no need to justify it. Just email [email protected] with your order number (or use the contact link on your Polar receipt) and we'll process it.

What's eligible

  • First-time purchases of any plan, within 14 days.
  • Duplicate or accidental charges, any time.

What's usually not eligible

  • Renewal charges. Subscriptions renew automatically; to avoid a renewal, cancel before the renewal date (see below). Renewals are generally non-refundable, though we'll always look at genuine mistakes.
  • Requests made well beyond the 14-day window.
  • Abuse of the refund policy (e.g. repeated buy-refund cycles).

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel anytime from your account or via the link on your Polar receipt. Cancellation stops future renewals; your license stays active until the end of the current paid period.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Polar. The associated license is deactivated when a refund is issued. Bank processing times vary, typically 5–10 business days.
